Our Domestic Shipping Policy
Charges:
Domestic: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD).
Timelines:
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our outfits, which are all handmade. Kindly allow us 7 - 10 working days for dispatch of domestic orders.
Please be informed that during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest or public curfews, dispatch may experience delays of an additional 5 - 8 days. We will ensure to keep you informed via email or phone should any such delays arise.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
To ensure your order is received in good condition, please record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of delivery. If you find your parcel damaged or opened, do not accept it. Instead, document the situation and send the video, photos, and order number to us via email for a quick resolution.
Process:
Upon placing your order, it goes through our processing system. After rigorous quality checks and secure packaging, your items are transferred to our delivery partners. Look out for a unique tracking number that will be sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey on the courier website.
Prepaid Orders: We would like to remind our customers that prepaid orders are eligible for cancellation within a 24-hour window from the time of order placement. For cancellation requests, please email us at support@lavishgarb.com or reach out to our customer support at +91-9266459889 from Monday to Saturday (10:00 am till 6:00 pm).

For domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that the COD option is available for orders with a maximum value of ₹10,000.
Note - In accordance with our policy, all items marked as 'Sale' are considered non-returnable.

However, Lavish Garb shall not be held legally liable for any delays in shipment.
Exchange & Return Policy
Eligibility: You can exchange or replace items within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.
Not Eligible: For reasons such as colour/quality/design/embroidery/trims. Please read the products details before making a purchase or call the customer service for any relevant details.
Exchange & Return Process
Request:

Pickup:
We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
Packaging:
Please reuse the original packaging.
Condition:
Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Processing:
Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your exchange or return within 10-15 days.
Refund Policy
Store
Credit: Returns are refunded to the original mode of payment minus the
shipping charges (to & fro), which is valid for 90 days.
Fee: The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250.
Exclusions:
Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
Sale or Discount Policy
Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchanges with a Rs 250 return shipping fee, provided the size is available.
No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.
Missing or Damaged Items
Report:
If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Proof:
Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
Resolution:
Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Timing:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of receiving the order.
After 12 Hours: We are unable to process cancellations after this time.
All Lehenga's and Sarees are not eligible for return or
exchange. It is made to order basis only.
